Nubria was founded to do this differently. We work as independent consultants — not resellers, not implementation partners with quotas to hit. Just experienced practitioners who help organizations build identity capabilities that survive their first audit, their next reorg, and the inevitable change of CISO.

How we work

Engagements are scoped tightly. We prefer 6–12 week assessments to multi-year programs. We deliver written artifacts — runbooks, designs, decisions — not slide decks. We work alongside your team, not around them.

Most clients come to us through referral after their first engagement. We're proud of that.

Nubria is headquartered in North Brabant, Netherlands. We work primarily across the EU — financial services, healthcare, public sector, manufacturing.
